Tabata Thursday with HASFit. Back to back exercises repeated 4 times per exercise, with mods provided.

Get those sculpted legs and abs with an intense 60 minute workout using a range of dumbbells. Each circuit has 4 exercises, the first two rounds have 40 second intervals, with the final round 30 second intervals per exercise.

For a quick afternoon sweat, take on a range of formats, with 30 second intervals, targeting abs and cardio endurance.

Wednesday 4th workouts – Upper body and Butt workout, and Power Pilates

Looking to shred and build definition? Try out this quick workout that targets the upper and lower body. 3 rounds per exercise, 30 second intervals.

Hitting a Power Pilates session for that afternoon. 2 rounds of 45 second intervals per move using light hand weights. The first half has you using light hand weights while performing pulsing moves, with a low impact cardio finisher.
