Tuesday 29th workouts – Morning kickboxing, and afternoon cardio and abs

Starting Tuesday off with a fat burning kickboxing combo session. Burn fat and increase your endocannabinoid cells – anandamide, to achieve a natural ‘high’ through exercise.

My Tuesday afternoon workout is a cardio and ab HIIT workout with 30 second intervals. 3 exercises per circuit, repeated for 3 rounds.

Wednesday 23rd workouts – Butt, thigh, upper body and cardio

Start off Hump Day with a booty and thigh bootcamp by Sydney Cummings. A range of dumbbells and mini bands. 2 rounds of 45 second intervals for all exercises.

 

My afternoon workout then focuses on the upper body with cardio, sports-themed exercises. 3 strength, and 3 cardio moves per sports circuit, 2 rounds per circuit in 40 second intervals.

Wednesday 16th morning workout – 40 minute lean legs and abs

Tone up those legs and abs with medium to heavy dumbbells and mini band in this leg workout by Sydney Cummings. 30 second intervals, 3 rounds per exercise, cycling between leg and ab exercises.

Hit those calories with weights in this superset workout. Supersets of strength and cardio – 40 second intervals for strength, 20 second intervals for cardio, with no break in between the 3 minute circuit.
