Thursday 26th morning workout – Supercharge cardio toning

Super charge your calorie burn in this 30 minute cardio workout. First section uses light hand weights for abs, legs and arms in a cardio routine. Second section is cardio kickboxing. 10 minute tabata finishes off the workout.

Hump Day begins with a leg and cardio workout. Strength for half the workout, followed by a cardio section. 40 second strength intervals of 2 rounds, 30 second cardio intervals of 3 rounds.

Cardio and strength workout to start Monday off. A range of weights, along with a medicine ball for core strength. 40 second jump rope intervals, rep shoulder work, along with cardio and core work with the medicine ball.
